  • Contribute ideas to coordinate each vendor with the bride's desires

  • Keep in constant contact with all vendors on changing aspects of wedding plans
  • Be actively involved in all creative aspects of wedding
  • Send vendor itinerary letters the week of the wedding
  • Follow-up phone calls to vendors the week of the wedding
  • Plan and coordinate wedding events with vendors, bride, groom &  wedding party


Rehearsal Day

  • Introduce the Design Your Affair team to the Bridal party
  • Explain the sequence of events the day of the wedding
  • Conduct the rehearsal
  • Do a mock wedding-run through everything including music except for the vows and the
          music the bride will walk to


Wedding Day

  • Delivery of all rental equipment if church and reception if decoration packages have been purchased
  • Complete set-up of the ceremony and reception sites if decoration packages have been purchased
  • Execute all wedding plans and details with vendors, families and guests
  • Direct all activities with bride, groom, wedding party & vendors at ceremony and reception
  • Pin flowers on attendants and distribute bouquets
  • Assist bride, groom, and wedding party
  • Transport personal items of the wedding party to the reception
  • Transport decorations to reception site (size and weight restrictions)
  • Coordinate all activities wit bride, groom, wedding party and vendors at the ceremony & reception
  • Bustle wedding gown at reception
  • Clean up personal decorations and belongings at reception
  • Distribute tossing items to guests
  • Box additional wedding cake
  • Load gifts into designated guests car
  • Handle any last minute emergencies
  • Use of extensive emergency kit
