Pre-Wedding
Three two-hour meetings with the Bridal couple for the purpose of:
Appointment 1 (at the initial signing of the contract)
- Developing initial plans and wedding budget
- Identifying needs & expectations of the couple concerning their wedding
- Identifying objectives and advising accordingly
- Describing the marriage planning process
- Providing etiquette suggestions
Appointment 2 (60 days prior to the wedding)
- Assessing the arrangements made and identifying deficiencies
- Assess task list progress
- Receive copies of all contracts and vendor information
- Provide further guidance in planning process
- Provide etiquette suggestions
- Assist in selection of wedding stationery and calligrapher
Appointment 3 (30 days prior to the wedding)
- Establishing a wedding week and day schedule
- Development of confirmation letters to wedding vendors
- Development of confirmation letters to wedding party
- Preview of wedding supplies to be furnished (i.e. Bridal flowers, centerpieces, etc.)
Rehearsal Day
- Introduce the Design Your Affair team to the Bridal party
- Explain the sequence of events the day of the wedding
- Conduct the rehearsal
- Do a mock wedding-run through everything including music except for the vows and the music
the bride will walk to
Wedding Day
- Delivery of all rental equipment if church and reception if decoration packages have been purchased
- Complete set-up of the ceremony and reception sites if decoration packages have been purchased
- Execute all wedding plans and details with vendors, families and guests
- Direct all activities with bride, groom, wedding party & vendors at ceremony and reception
- Pin flowers on attendants and distribute bouquets
- Assist bride, groom, and wedding party
- Distribute tossing items to guests
- Handle any last minute emergencies
- Use of extensive emergency kit
- Two wedding consultants on site
Ceremony Decorations
- 1 Arch of your choice
- 1 Unity Candle Stand of your choice
- 4 Standard Pew Bows (White or Ivory)
- 1 Pair of 5” Columns to be used at the church entrance or other location
- Guest Book Table Decorations
Post-Wedding
- Assist with the selection and ordering of Thank You notes
- Deliver wedding gown to cleaners for preservation
